I was amazed that Dr. Rowan told me he was a vegetarian. He had suggested both I and my wife get a book to read and to watch a particular movie on changing our lives in order to prevent further damage to our arteries. We bought the book and I already have start reading. I have encountered other cardiologists in February during special events during heart month and they were not in very good shape (over weight). They were giving speeches on heart health but only talked about taking various drugs etc. They did not impress me as they were overweight etc.
