She always shows her sincere concern for me. Makes sure I understand her answers to my questions and often offers more than just an answer,but more information she thinks would help me. I really appreciate that. She has explained my options, but didn't push me to decide immediately what option I want to take. I have never felt like I was taking up too much of her time. Some day, I hope to give her a hug.
