I thoroughly appreciated that he treated me like a human vs another number in the office. He took time to explain the original diagnosis in layman terms and the symptoms. He listened to my questions and didn’t rush me out. He also maintained eye contact vs staring at his computer to take notes. I felt like my symptoms were being validated.
