Today’s appointment was the first time she didn’t try to “zoom” in/out of the exam room. But, she still said she had to “move on”. Give me a break, I’m not a long-winded talker. I was asking her questions about my meds, other specialists I should see, etc. I get that your docs and nurses are busy; I’m a busy professional as well. Difference is I listen to my clients, answer their questions, and then tactfully and smoothly end our meeting. Maybe you could help your professionals do the same?

He suggested other hospitals to get my surgery done at outside of NWMed. Every time I talked to him I had to wait on the phone for him to review my chart, he was late to every appointment, ordered imaging that I had already had ordered by him and once I pointed that out he confirmed I was right. He didn’t take the time to learn about my situation or take any steps to guide me in my care.

I don’t think I am unique, however hearing the news that a cardiologist would be needed set my mind to overload. My plan was to not humiliate myself. Dr. Ahmed was just incredible. He took so much time for a new patient and he reviewed scans and X-rays before my appointment. I am extremely pleased with choosing Dr. Ahmed.
