Patrick Murphy was extremely informative, professional, and friendly. He took his time explaining things to me and answered all of my many questions. He was very patient and compassionate. While I did not leave NW feeling better physically (that will take some time, of course) I did feel much better mentally. This is a huge deal because anxiety and worry can make any condition feel much worse. I feel happier and hopeful now that I'm certain things are on the right track.
