They were able to assist me. I paid once with my regular debit card and I found out later that I could have used another payment method. They processed my order to give me a refunded from my old card. I was able to use the card I intended to use. They were polite about it.

While Dr Masood is a bit upfront, she's incredibly thorough - I felt a bit rough because I thought I had annoyed her mentioning a potential for [specified] related to autism that my neuropsych recommended I check into but that I was ranking low on likely issues, but realized later in the evening it was likely due to her sharing my belief that it wasn't likely (and the neuropsych stepped out of bounds a bit in suggesting it perhaps?) I only rank her a 9 because I have some more sensitive folks who wouldn't be a good personality fit as her patient. So far I think she's a good fit for me!
