Dr Liddy was phenomenal. She was kind and clear without being condescending; she was engaged and empathic; she was reassuring and fun without being intrusive; and she was stunningly efficient and effective while remaining gentle, unhurried and kind. She seemed to intuit everything she needed to know about the situation almost instantly, and had such a fantastic can-do attitude. My mother, the patient, who had been really scared about the appointment and the procedure, could not stop talking afterwards about how sweet Dr Liddy was. We are so grateful for her excellent care.
