I had had a break with Caroline due to scheduling and my extended sessions. I had looked forward to our session, as always, but felt some regression. Caroline is always positive, reassuring, and has wonderful ideas. She listens, is concerned, and wants to help. Every time I see her she pulls out something new to try to help my complex issues. Caroline has great suggestions to add to my “toolbox.”
