Dr. Masood took the time to look through my chart and compile all other doctor notes to get a better look at what I was dealing with. She did extra research to learn more about a recent diagnosis and further how to help me and spent time trying to help me figure out the WHY component, which I greatly appreciate. She was a breath of fresh air and her bubbly nature was contagious and just what I needed at a time when things are overwhelmingly stressful from a medical standpoint! She shares my same love for research and getting to the bottom of understanding how things work and WHY they occur and you can tell how passionate she is about what she does from her excitement when speaking about it. My case is particularly complex and I have a lot of extraneous factors at play with multiple comorbid diagnoses. She has been wonderful throughout the process of trying to help me figure out the reasoning behind the painful reactions I've been having. When one thing comes up inconclusive or without answers, she tries looking at it from a different perspective and tries something else. She had me laughing and I cannot tell you the last time I found myself laughing at the doctor! I appreciate her diligence, compassion and willingness to help me problem solve and do what she can to get everything sorted out. She didn't rush anything but was efficient and productive in everything she was working to sort through in my chart. I am extremely saddened that I have finally found a handful of doctors who are wonderful and determined to help me figure out that WHY component, and I'm going to be moving out of state later this year. Doctor's like Dr. Masood are the ones who would be enough to convince me to stay and make it worth it!

Sometimes in life, you come across people that are exceptional in everything they do. That is Dr. Miller in a nutshell. I have multiple acute facets to my medical profile over time that have required targeted diagnosis and treatment options from Dr. Miller. Each time I received care from Dr. Miller, he is very thorough, highly accurate with diagnosis, treatment options and specialist referrals, where needed. He has exhibited very strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and empathy consistently over the years. Most recently, he recognized my MyChart illness symptoms message required attention and ensured an appointment in his full schedule. From there, Dr. Miller diagnosed a lung, sinus, thrush, reflux combination and proactively ordered a chest X-ray that revealed some clouding in the lung and immediately contacted with additional medical steps and treatment. All this after his scheduled hours. I am lucky (as is NW Medical) to have Dr. Miller as my internist.
