My visit went exactly as hoped. I was seen right on schedule. Dr. Hecker's assistant was very professional (and friendly). I feel that Dr. Hecker was very thorough and effective in evaluating and explaining my lower back pain. I was pleased that he recommended a non-aggressive, methodical approach to solving the problem. Importantly, he took the time to answer all of my questions, using non-technical terms that even I could understand. I am very pleased with Dr. Hecker and all aspects of today's visit.
