Dr. Masood came in the room as if she had been expecting me. She told me she did her homework and had reviewed my chart the night before which made me feel comfortable off the bat. Together we reviewed my complex chart and I felt heard and understood. We came up with a plan and she ordered lots of tests to get to the bottom of my issue. I left the visit feeling heard and cared for. I have never been happier with the way a doctor has treated me. She is truly the sweetest and very knowledgeable! I’m happy I found her and look forward to having her as part of my care team.
