Dr. Masood is engaging and shows deep empathy and concern when she is speaking with you. She always reviews past medical history which is a great relief because it makes you feel she is not blindly assessing your concern and taking in a full picture of your health. Dr. Masood asks questions that often trigger responses, as a patient, you may have not thought were important. She involves the patient in their own care and follows up immediately with comments on test results. Dr. Masood is one of my favorite doctors!

I have a good communication connection with Andrea, I have challenges with my medication, sometimes the generic heart medication is tough to deal with when the brand name manufacturer is out of stock. So it helps that she is knowledgeable in pharmaceuticals. Also I am a numbers person and we address results from the uploaded information from my pacemaker. I feel the Cardiology team address and takes excellent care of my heart situation. They are on top my condition, it’s crucial to have good communication with patient and staff.
