Dr. Cummins is very kind and doesn’t rush. She listens well, answers questions and always reviews the plan with me before leaving the room. The paper version of the after visit summary is a helpful reminder, but it’s nice to have the clarification face to face. Dr. Cummins is always quick to respond to messages in the my-chart app and she calls immediately with pathology reports. I have had Mohs surgery and plastic surgery before to address basal cell cancer. I intended to have a another, but Dr. Cummins suggested that I wait and try shrinking the areas before another surgical intervention. She was right. I appreciate her effort to avoid multiple biopsies and surgery over larger areas of my face and trust that she will be honest when that is necessary.
