Dr. Ritter is fantastic. She is kind hearted and caring. She has great bedside manner. So compassionate and caring! This is probably the second encounter I’ve had were she provided care to me and each time she made me feel at ease and taken care of. She is a great representative of antibiotic stewardship took the time to educate me on what does and does not need antibiotics. It reassured me as a nurse that she was providing this same education to someone without clinical knowledge. 10/10 for Dr. Ritter!
