I have had other virtual appointments elsewhere that have often felt rushed, and too easy/quick to prescribe without much conversation. This appointment was exactly the opposite, even if short because it didn't feel that way at all. The Dr listened to my concerns & explanation of what was going on, she asked follow up questions before explaining what she was prescribing me & why, and why she wants an xray. We ended with what i should avoid or continue to do in the meantime. The Dr was very pleasant to speak with and even answered some questions only semi-related to my reason for visit. The appointment felt informative and productive.
