I came to immediate care with a very bad cough , sinus congestion, headache . Dr Striegel was very thorough in checking my lungs and in explaining what was going on with my cough. He took the time to go over the treatment plan too. Dr Striegel is a top notch doctor!

She listened to me. As a black woman that is very important to me when visiting the doctor. I was nervous and scared and she listened to me and gave me the care that I needed at that time. She explained to me everything I needed to do along with instructions for aftercare and she provided me with the info I needed to schedule my appointments with the correct doctors. She was absolutely amazing and I’m so appreciative to her and the rest of the staff.

Eric investigated ordering a diagnostic test as I indicated concern of an exposure to an infection other than Covid. Atypically this test is not available and administered at an urgent care facility, but Eric found and supervised the test, relieving my concerns.

Dr G was amazing. She took the initiative to get my X-ray completed while I was waiting for a room and they were a little behind because of staffing . By the time my X-ray was completed they had a room available. She was very informative and compassionate. She explained my illness and my treatment plan in details that were easy to understand.
