I have already described Dr. Lenkart in the paragraph above. As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Lenkart is my reason for coming to NW Medicine. NW Medicine is a corporate name. The Doctors, Nurses and all supporting staff are what creates an organization. I'm sure the Board and President of NW Medicine think it's the other way around. Having participated at many levels in Banking for 40 years and the 20 years in an ownership capacity, I have found that you may plan but the quality of the people, their expertise and willingness to be a team are the values that create an organization's reputation. Good or Bad.
