Mr. Aulert is always so kind, cordial and makes you feel at ease!! He also explains matters so you can easily understand and you go out knowing you got the best attention and care possible. I also want to say that each time I needed to have an appointment sooner the staff here at NW Family Medicine always do whatever they can to make it happen which was the case with this appointment and I am very thankful for this. One can really tell the staff here do really care and that is great!! Thanks to all who have help me, glad I was able to find this facility!!

Provider was late. I had to cancel and reschedule. Totally unacceptable for the first appointment of the day. My previous appointment was cancelled due to provider illness. It’s going to be 60 days before I see him for my annual visit.
