Dr. Lai was very thorough in understanding how my mom developed the wound, and took steps to ensure it healed correctly and ensured that my Mom hadn't developed other injuries. She was very patient and respectful of my Mother, who has moderate dementia and sometimes struggles to express herself. Dr. Lai showed me how to treat Mom's wound at home, and gave me the proper wound dressings to use until my Mom's next appointment.

Bridget Bruce is literally a hidden gem at NW immediate care. She was thorough in her care, made sure we understood every decision she made, and completely put my teenager at ease (which isn’t easy to do) If my daughter is singing her praises on the way out of a visit that made her nervous, that’s high praise indeed!
