Great bedside manner with my 9 year old. Explained everything well so he could understand and was thorough with her exam to make sure she understood exactly where his pain was.

I only saw Dr. Graff for a few minutes when he came in to check on the progress of the stitch removal, but he was very personable and answered all my questions. Dr. Graff’s resident Francesca handled the majority of my care. She was excellent and the main reason for my 10 rating. She was gentle but efficient while removing my stitches and had a great bedside manner. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable and did a great job of distracting me with conversation so I didn’t focus on the pain! 😂
