Dr. Hasanat was extremely knowledgeable and very caring about my finger infection which has been bothering me for over 8 weeks. She took her time and was very thorough in covering all areas of what could be the source of my extreme pain. I was at the immediate care center with this same finger 4 weeks prior and nothing that was done helped. I was so impressed with her that I wrote her name in my medical journal so that when my current doctor retires, I will definitely see if she could become my family practice physician. Palos/Northwestern is extremely fortunate to have her as a member of their staff.

I’m giving a score of 4 for the following reasons. I don’t have a history of high blood pressure but my blood pressure was high during the visit and I had symptoms that could be related to high blood pressure. Yet, the finding of high blood pressure was not discussed with me, nor were any actions taken. I only found out my blood pressure was high by reading the after visit summary after I got home. Now I need to schedule another visit to get my blood pressure checked again!
