Dr. Parekh was professional, patient, and kind. He listened to me explain my symptoms, and explained his reasons for prescribing an antibiotic. He double checked to make sure he had the correct pharmacy information, and told me to follow up with an in-person appointment should my symptoms not improve or worsen. During the call he mentioned that he was sorry I was sick, and hoped that I would be feeling better soon. I really appreciated how I was treated. I am very grateful for having access to this service.

She was thorough, clear about what she was looking for, what I should look for when concerned about ticks, consulted a manual to see what meds I could take if I do test positive for Lyme Disease since I have had reactions to several antibiotics, and advised me to get tested by an allergist to see if I am really allergic to those meds since reactions were long ago and occurred just once. She was very pleasant and listened to me.
