Professional and practical, and even gave us some knew knowledge on strep, my mom had brought me because I was too ill to drive, she's in her 60s and I'm in my 40s, and I'm the oldest of 12 kids so there's been a lot of strep cases in our family over the years, and Heidi taught us some things we didn't know.
