The providers I worked with (Cyndy and Kyle) took time to understand my medical history and priorities, showed genuine concern about ensuring I get back to full health swiftly, and worked with me to develop a care plan that aligns with my lifestyle. Cyndy showed concern for many aspects of my health and lifestyle, and I am grateful that she prioritized treating the root cause of my symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves. Before I left, we discussed my care plan together - both to ensure I was happy with the plan and that I understood exactly what I need to do and why I need to do it. I felt heard and understood.
