I do appreciate him wearing a mask - but i was there because I was sick w/ear pain and unable to hear. He talked very fast and rattled of the names of meds. My hearing was muddled and I was unable to hear him. Let alone identify the meds. I do have to say that I thought it was very smart of him to clean up all the old prescription on my med records.
