She is very thorough and empathetic. She listened to my concerns and explained why I was having specific tests done and answered my questions. Dr Chacon-Horn explained the results of my tests and what I needed to do for after care. I am confident I received the best care at this ICC

Evaluated me quickly, was caring in asking how I injured myself and again explained realistic wait time for results and explained treatment thoroughly and asked if I had questions after. I didn't feel rushed out.

She was friendly and professional. She took her time and explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. She spoke clearly and we were able to understand what she was saying easily. She has a very nice tone in her voice and is pleasant to listen to.
