Demeanor was very pleasant, he provided a course of action for my diagnosis which included a "backup plan" that didn't require me to return in case his initial diagnosis was wrong. In addition, he had a good suggestion about getting tested to confirm my penicillin allergy for future reference. The allergy had little to do with the problem I came in for, but I appreciated the advice which wasn't at all necessary.

She was kind and knowledgeable. She wasn't in a rush to get out of the room after she examined my daughter. She was encouraging my children to look out the window to count the birds they saw while they waited. I've never seen a doctor do that and just visit with my kids for an extra minute. Dr. Tilly (or Grandma Tilly as she called herself, which I thought was adorable) was so genuine and caring. She also said she was going to see what was taking the test results so long-- even though I didn't even mention the wait! Loved that!
