This is the second encounter. The first experience was very noteworthy because he was very patient concerned and I love it. Also, his knowledge was very, very good. He also is very patient in understanding my feelings, thoughts and questions. I also appreciate the questions that he asked in assessing my care. He is very thorough in delivering the best possible treatment! It shows that he truly cares!!!

He listened to my story and ordered the correct test after a previous urgent care I visited failed to do so. I was correctly diagnosed and had the antibiotics I needed in just a few hours of our conversation. I believe he saved me from ultimately being admitted to the hospital if my pneumonia had progressed. The only thing missing is I’m not sure what to do once I’m done with the antibiotics, so I will visit NM immediate care again at that point.
