Dr. Rosanwo was amazing! My daughter usually hates going to the doctor and screams the whole time but Dr. Rosanwo did so well with [Patient] and made her feel so comfortable. I've never had such a great experience despite the circumstances. I actually remember Dr. Rosanwo from when my daughter was 2 days old. I had to take her in on a Saturday for a bilirubin check and the hospital staff had me walking all over, unsure of where I needed to go. Dr. Rosanwo was so upset that they had me walking all over the hospital and to immediate care at 2 days postpartum. She sat me down and made sure that we got connected to the right people for our test. I will never forget that and I was so glad to have her see my daughter today.

The NP was good. He addressed my concerns and was pleasant. I was referred by a NP at a Minute Clinic for a chest x-ray, which I didn’t think was necessary. He also did not think this was necessary and prescribed oral steroids to treat my symptoms. I appreciate not having to pay for a procedure that wasn’t needed.

He was professional and great with my 8 years old son. He recognized the earache was from build up wax rather than mild inflammation/infection and took action. He performed an ear wash instead of sending us home with wax removal kit or something like that to figure out the wax on our own.
