I could not have been more impressed by Dr Lai. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and spent the necessary time to attend to my concerns. And, while not asked, Dr Lai’s nurse was outstanding. Very, very professional. Very knowledgeable. And, genuinely interested in her patient’s health and care. 10+ for her!
