Other PA and nurse practioners and some physicians are average and did not make much difference in my previous several visits last one month. But Dr. Cruz was different. He was excellent in every way. Very thorough in caring me and answered to my questions which helped me toward improving my health. His orders and prescription for medication gave me complete confidence in him and I finally felt that this visit to immediate care is worth to my visit and reduced my fear and anxiety about my health. For him, I praise God and thanks. In a word, he is a man of truth. As a doctor, he is trustworthy and sincere, humble, caring doctor with knowledge and experience.

I arrived with a preconceived diagnosis and was gently given another with a clear explanation of the differential used to ascertain the difference. I was struck by her patience, kindness, and professionalism. She never made me feel awkward about my initial thoughts, and even made me feel good by talking about how the two conditions often masquerade as each other. Such a great experience!
