So caring and kind when it came to my situation. Didn’t dismiss my concerns or my feelings and made sure to get to the issue. When I expressed disinterest in a suggestion in care she didn’t pushback and I appreciated the respect.

Attentive, supportive, caring, and was able to empathize and made me feel heard. I always worry about having to explain myself/situation/or need to a doctor who doesn’t know me. It helps to have an urgent care within the NMH system so my background and information is at the care teams fingertips and I don’t need to over explain especially when not feeling 100%.
