Amanda, who cared for me was thorough and took her time talking with me, evaluating my symptoms, and ultimately prescribing the best course of medicine for my sickness. Once she diagnosed my illness she took her time explaining each of the medications I was being prescribed and provided clear instructions for me to follow once I returned home.

My sister, an 11 year old, felt heard and comforted by Dr. Ritter because she said it was the first time a healthcare provider spoke to and involved her in the conversation. Dr. Ritter was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and caring. She created a safe environment for my sister, and was very thorough with the treatment plan.

He is thorough, personable, generous with his time and is an exceptionally proactive and excellent physician. If he were in general practice, I would happily join that practice as a standing patient.
