I came with acute abdominal pain. Emily was very good & nice (friendly, patient, answered my questions, offered options and thoughts). I appreciated that she helped get me the next appointment I needed (CT scan at northwestern downtown) and made sure I knew the order to do that and bloodwork so I didn't miss the time of day the radiology department was open.

PA-C Kristina was both personable and professional when actively listening to and addressing my health concerns. She was engaged, gave great eye contact, consulted records on Epic and actually had me try various movements to diagnose the extent of my injuries. It is my belief that her prescribed treatment minimized my pain & swelling that I am still working thru. PA-C is an excellent fit for the Care Center
