Dr. Khan was very compassionate and considerate. She was thoughtful about helping me get my medication quickly, which was a great concern for me. She called earlier than the scheduled appointment so I could get the [medication] in a timely manner and she didn’t rush through the appointment. At the end, Dr. Khan made sure I had no further concerns about the appointment.

She was VERY thorough, addressed any concerns, professional, & courteous. We had been to a different Urgent Care, not Northwestern, 2 days prior & their medical treatment for the ailment was drastically different. I understand care can be varied, but it did not alleviate the symptoms at all. The opinion was that it would just improve on its own & therefore required no treatment for the symptoms. This ailment is viral, but still..the symptoms can be treated to reduce the discomfort & that is what Bridget did by prescribing medications. I’m very grateful for her approach.
