The doctor opened her visit conversation with her personal septics about prescribing controlled medication without first addressing me as an individual patient whose story for this particular pain has an onset date and reason (Aug 7, dehydration as a result of colonoscopy prep solution) and chronological information regarding treatments and medicines previously prescribed. What I very much appreciated is the professional reference for after care with a recommendation of what would be the first option tried to the third.

Bridget Bruce is literally a hidden gem at NW immediate care. She was thorough in her care, made sure we understood every decision she made, and completely put my teenager at ease (which isn’t easy to do) If my daughter is singing her praises on the way out of a visit that made her nervous, that’s high praise indeed!
