I received great care from Mary Ann; she communicated very clearly; I felt listened to and that she was very thorough; she gave precise instructions on how to treat my pink eye, and I appreciated her seeing me for a virtual visit at 7:30am on a Sunday morning VERY much!!

Mostly because it sounded like she was outside and she wasn’t really paying attention the whole time. Maybe it was hard for her to understand me? It was at times hard to hear her. But I didn’t feel like I was getting her full attention. This is not an appointment my insurance should be charged for. I’m going to tell them that. The call lasted maybe about 7-8 minutes.

She told me what the radiologist said in her report. She said that I could ice it and elevate my foot. Then she said the tech would come in and buddy wrap my toes. I thought she would return after the tech was done, but she didn't come back...I had a few questions and concerns....
