Michelle attentively listened and shared her input in a very understandable manner. Michelle was able to make a diagnosis based on a test performed that positively gave a diagnosis and acted efficiently by prescribing a medication and provided a exercise I could do from my home. Katherine expanded her thought processes for my diagnosis very well and in understandable terms. When the chest X-ray was delayed, she came and told me about the delay and apologized for it. She demonstrated great competency and was very kind in her dealings with me.
