She cared about my condition and was concerned to provide appropriate care. I'm not aware that a patient can ask for a particular APRN/CNP for care. It all depends on the available staff. She actually mentioned that she pulls duty at different NW sites around the area.

She listened carefully as I described my symptoms and asked questions. After the exam, she informed me that I had a sinus infection and the prescribed treatment. When she returned with the instructions, her explanation was clear and she patiently answered my questions.
