Jennifer Magnuson was exceptional! She was able to contact me earlier than my scheduled appointment and asked if I was available when I picked up the phone. We proceeded and she asked excellent questions after I described what I was experiencing. We switched to video so she could get a better look at my symptoms. She talked through a number of possibilities asked additional questions and we both agreed on way to help me with these issues. She was friendly, professional, and an excellent listener. I received exceptional care from Jennifer today.
