Dr. Rabacal was not only intelligent but extremely kind, patient, and down to earth, which made me feel comfortable enough to share my health concerns and feel as though I was a partner in the development of my treatment plan. He carefully explained the rationale behind his recommendations and guided me through what to expect in terms of next steps. I am extremely grateful to have had Dr. Rabacal help take care of me, and any institution would be fortunate to have him.

Matthew was incredible. He had a terrible challenge trying to remove a part of my hearing aid that was lodged in my ear canal but he was clever and persistent, very thoughtful and most important, successful. It wasn’t easy. I was so grateful.
