However, Sarah should think about not telling a patient “its is harder to lose weight as we get older”. That is the last thing an older patient wants to hear or anyone who is trying to lose weight for that matter. We know that, and getting older does not change the fact that someone wants and/or needs to lose weight. And in my case, the weight gain is from medicication and surgery and not a life long or age struggle prior to 2 years ago. Thank you.
