Michelle was very nice and she also suggested that I talk to my primary to get a referral for an ear nose and throat specialist because I either have chronic or acute [diagnosis] every month or every other month and I think she was saying it’s about time to do something different to try to come back the issue. I appreciate her suggestion went next-door to Dr. [last name]’s office and obtain referral. I just left the urgent care, so I’m really hoping that they don’t have to have me make an appointment after I just left had an x-ray had a Covid and flu test and went in with all the documentation.. I am waiting for a callback from Dr. [last name]’s office hopefully today.
