He listened to my concerns, symptoms and current history. Said it was likely a reaction to the antibiotic I had taken. He put in an order to swab for flu and Covid at a local NM Immediate Care, and told me I would hear back from them. I was negative.

Dr. Rabacal is super kind and knowledgeable. When he walked into my room, he greeted me with a "long time no see" and talked to me about the last time he saw me, which was a few years ago, and the issue I came in for. It was obvious that he reviewed my medical history before seeing me, which did help me feel at ease and well cared for. That's not something you usually expect from an urgent care, but I truly feel as though Dr. Rabacal is part of my treatment team at Northwestern. Thank you for providing me excellent care!

She did a good job. Also, Jesscia rescued my son before and I had the privelage of thanking her. Not on this visit, but jessica identified testicular torsion. Because of her, and the ER, my son’s body was saved from this loss. It could have been so devastating. We are grateful to her.
