Like I mentioned above. Both Nurse [Staff] & Dr Jennifer took their time with us discussing important topics of our visit. We didn't get rushed as we have so many times in Immediate Care. They actually gave a diagnosis and did not tell us we 'needed to' see her doctor to find out what is going on and to get treated!! I normally used to avoid going to Immediate Care because of that reason! You would waste time, money and still not know. Now, I won't have to feel like my daughter will have to miss more school to squeeze her in for an appointment and get treated. We LOVE her physician!! (Dr. [ ]and Nurse [name]) But, it's difficult getting an appointment. (I ALSO LOVE my physician, Dr. [ ]!!) - It's nice to know that we could still get good care even at immediate care if needed.
