Nurse Williams was professional, kind and capable! But I want to also mention the two techs who flushed my ears. They went above and beyond in their professionalism with their kindness and gentle treatment. I was anxious but immediately felt better while in their care. The RN is obviously very important but for this visit it was the two techs who were the superstars in my opinion!
