11/10!! Jennifer was so wonderful. We came in to have a splinter removed from my daughters foot after having no luck with it at home. She initially tried to call around to local podiatrist offices and even tried to get an appointment scheduled for us but they didn't accept our insurance. So instead she was able to assist us herself and got the splinter out in just a couple minutes. She was so kind and informative about keeping it clean after and told me the signs to watch for infection. Though my daughter was putting up a bit of a fight when it came to having her toe touched to get the splinter out, Jennifer was very understanding about her trying to fidgit and was very sweet about it.
