She did not keep me waiting very long. She immediately assessed what I thought was a tick bite to be a cicada mite bite. She carefully explained what the care plan is and sent prescription to my pharmacist immediately. She was extremely friendly and professional. A phenomenal person!

Took time to explain things to me and let Me know she didn’t think my bite was Lyme disease but likely a cicada mite bite. She gave me cream for the itch, medication to prevent cellulitis and checked to see if I had a tetanus shot. Very warm and thorough. Thanks Natalie!

Friendly. He listened. He never rushed me. He told me what he felt was wrong with me and why he thought that. He explained possible medications, oral and topical, and any possible side effects. I left with a prescription for my favored pharmacy. I can't think of anything more I could have wanted than what he did. Completely satisfied.
