She helped me even though it was closing time and she was helpful. A Zpack ended up being more effective in the end than the sinus medication she prescribed, but I am learning that with these illnesses, a Zpack may be the best fit for me personally in helping me get better.

I have been to Urgent Care twice at another facility in the area ( not Northwestern) and was rushed through/ chart not read and staff not nearly as kind a professional as everyone here . Please let them know how appreciated they are and what a difference they make in a person’s day when they come in not feeling well.
