I only saw Dr. Graff for a few minutes when he came in to check on the progress of the stitch removal, but he was very personable and answered all my questions. Dr. Graff’s resident Francesca handled the majority of my care. She was excellent and the main reason for my 10 rating. She was gentle but efficient while removing my stitches and had a great bedside manner. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable and did a great job of distracting me with conversation so I didn’t focus on the pain! 😂

Dr. Razzaq was great in her care of me. She explained the medicine she was prescribing and advised additional over the counter medications to help me feel better. Unfortunately the cultures taken at that time were positive and new medication had to be prescribed.

She rushed the whole exam. My son takes time to answer and she wasn’t understanding of that. While she diagnosed my son correctly, her attitude could be adjusted. Shaming someone on something so minuscule shouldn’t be allowed either. Definitely not wanting to ever deal with this person again.
